The Therapy Book Club
Would you like to join a book club that will actually help you better understand yourself and your life?
❊ Maybe you’ve been reading books that leave you with unanswered questions.
❊ Perhaps you’ve had an intense emotional reaction to parts of a book and no one to discuss it with?
❊ Maybe certain books have inspired you to dig deeper, but you don’t know where to start.
The Therapy Book Club offers a safe place to discuss your thoughts and feelings in a small group led by a psychotherapist who loves to read. We’ll read one book per month, alternating between fiction and non-fiction, and discuss our thoughts and feelings together at the end of each month.
Come to as many sessions as peak your interest. Be prepared for inclusive, in-depth and meaningful discussions around emotional reactions, personal reflections, and a therapist’s perspective on how to explore what comes up with curiosity and compassion.
